Nestled between two breathtaking national parks—Cahuita and Manzanillo—Puerto Viejo is a vibrant coastal town on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. This land is full of life: howler monkeys greet the morning, sloths slowly make their way through the treetops, and the ocean breeze brings in the rhythms of Afro-Caribbean culture.
Surrounded by lush jungle and the sounds of nature, this retreat offers the unique opportunity to live in deep contact with the earth from sunrise to sunset. Here, we move at nature’s pace—slow, intentional, connected.

We'll be staying in a cozy home nestled in the jungle—a peaceful sanctuary to rest, restore and reconnect.
This space invites us to step away from the fast pace and pressure of everyday life. Whether in group moments or in your own quiet time, this is a place to restore balance, reconnect with yourself, and fully embrace the sights, sounds, and flavors of Costa Rica.

About me
I’m Catalina, a chiropractor graduated from the Barcelona College of Chiropractic and the founder of Quiropráctica Amar in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. My path has taken me through communities around the world, offering care in places like India, Mexico, Miami, Spain and Costa Rica. With a background in yoga and a deep passion for movement, embodiment, and healing, I’m here to hold space for connection, learning, and transformation—within ourselves and with others.
